Katy Perry Concert Make Up && Outfit

Hello Everyone!

I hope you've all been having a great summer while I took a little break from blogging. I couldn't really decide where I wanted my blog to go - more reviews, more fotd, tutorials or what not. I decided I want to push myself more with more tutorials (maybe start a youtube channel) and fotd as well as stepping by my photographs. Hopefully, I can stick to this through this coming up school year. I can't believe I start classes in less than a month. Anyways, let's get down to business.

 Last week, my lovely friend Rikki invited me to go to a Katy Perry Concert with her and two other of our friends, Linnie and Jolie. Never did I expect us to be less than ten feet away from the stage! Katy Perry is an absolutely amazing performer and such a lovely singer. Today, I am going to share with you the make up  and outfit I wore to the concert. Forgive me, but I don't remember the exact products I used. For the eyes, I did a neutral base and then used a matte brown to smoke it out a bit. I decided that purple was going to be my color of choice that night so I added a bright purple into the inner corner of my eye as well as a bit in the inner third of my lid. I then used the same purple on the outer two thirds of my lower lash line. I then used kitten by Stila in the inner third of my lower lash line. I added a thin liquid black line and a few coats of mascara. Lastly, I added a cherry red lip and a little bit of glitter over kitten right before the concert. This is what it turned out like! I really liked this look. I thought it was super fun and very Katy Perry.  As for my outfit, I went pretty simple with a pair of high waisted shorts from Forever 21, a flawy navy blue top that I got from Rikki's mom (Thanks Gayle!), my fairy shoes from Steve Madden, a bright blue heart necklace and a purple flower hairband I made last summer.

OOTD: Red Jacket and Studded Boots

Hi Guys, 
Today, I thought I would do an outfit of the day post. I've been loving the colder weather! I brought out all my boots, scarfs and jackets. Layering is one of my favorite things and fall is my favorite season. I decided to bring out my red pleather jacket that I got at TJ Maxx for $30.00. I paired it up with a white patterned tank from H&M that I got for $5.00 and my skull scarf from Cottonon that I also got for $5.00. Next I am wearing my American Eagle dark blue jeans that were $29.95. Last but not last are my boots. I try to only buy one new pair of boots every fall and another one in the winter. If I didn't do this I would own like 80 pairs of boots. These are Madden Girl and I got them at Marshall's for $30.00. I love them are they are super comfortable.  Maybe I will do a boot collection post soon! I hope you enjoyed

OOTD: Sephora Interview

Hi Guys!  Yesterday, I had an interview with Sephora and I think it went really well! I am looking for a job closer to university and there is a Sephora in the mall 15 minutes away so I thought why not apply. It was a group interview with 4 other people. I was the youngest and least experienced but I still thought they liked me and I applied for a cashier position. I should be hearing from them in the next 2 weeks and I'll keep you guys updated! This is the outfit I wore to the interview. I went for a basic black and white combination.

For my hair I wore it in a sock bun. I used a pre made sock bun hair thing. I think I got it at H&M for about 4 dollars. I kept my make up pretty simple gold brown eyes with a bold pink lip. I wish I got a hair and face picture but I was so nervous that I completely forgot to take one! I hope you liked my outfit!

OOTD: July 18th 20133

Hi Guys!  I hope you've all been having a good week! I started my summer class this week and I've been working so much. I haven't worm anything cute in so long because I wear tees and shorts to work and my hair is in a bun all the time. However, for class on Thursday I decided to dress up a little bit! Here is my outfit.

What I'm wearing: 
Top: My top is from H&M and I got it on sale for 5 dollars! Yes, 5 dollars! It is a long white tank top with sheer little flower designs on it. Also it has a cute gold zipper down the top part of the back.
Bandeau: My bandeau is from American Eagle and I got it last summer for $12.95. My favorite thing about American Eagle bandeaus is that they are true to size so even if you are bustier, you can find one that fits. 
Shorts: These shorts are new and I got them from Cotton On. They were $24.99 which isn't too bad! They are high waisted and I just really love the color!
Jewelry: Just like always, all of my jewelry is from Francesca's. I can not begin to explain how much I adore the jewelry there! 
Lipstick: This is a new edition to my lipstick collection. It is Impassioned by Mac and I got it for $15.00. I love it! It lasts forever and I just think the color is such a happy summery pink.

OOTD and FOTD June 20th 2013

Hi Guys! 
So yesterday I had one of my best friend's graduation. She is the last one of all my good friends to graduate high school and it's so weird! She is always been like our baby girl and now she is a graduate! Time flies by so fast, its crazy. Here is my outfit and make up for graduation.

This Top was in a haul I did last month and I could not wait to wear it. However, it took my a while to find the perfect time to wear this beautiful lacy light blue top. I decided to pair it with my gray skirt from Forever 21 because I liked how the top looked on a gray bottom better than on a black bottom. The wedges were a gift from my mom when I went away to University last fall and they are just so cute and summery. For jewelry, Francesca's is the way to go. They always have great options and all of their jewelry is just so cute! I honestly don't think I've gotten jewelry from anywhere else in a long time.

OOTD May 4th 2013

Hi Guys!
So I know it's May 9th and this OOTD is from May 4th but I had my friend take the pictures with her big nice fancy camera and it took her a few days to email them to me! Hi Guys!  Today I decided to post my makeup and outfit for yesterday! I am in love with peacock feathers. They are absolutely stunning and are the most perfect colors. I love them so much that I actually had a peacock prom dress one year in high school! This outfit had touches of peacock accessories and my make up was peacock inspired. My Outfit!
